When we pulled up to the house for the first time, we knew in our hearts that this was the home they were searching for. After months of driving all over North Georgia, it was worth the search! Congratulations to Stuart and Diane!

In an effort to earn enough money to help keep the theater open, Mr. Don went and obtained his real estate license! After only two months in the real estate business, he has four homes under contract, with his next closing set for this Friday!

As you can imagine, the theater has been impacted severely by COVID and we have struggled over the last year. If you need help finding your next home, or if you know of someone who is thinking about moving, it would mean the world to us if you would consider using Mr. Don as your REALTOR!

To help Young Actors Playhouse recover from the mountain of debt we accumulated staying open during the pandemic, Artistic Director Don Goodner has gotten a Georgia real estate license! Now he’s on a mission to sell as many houses as possible to keep the theater open!
