The New Hampshire Association of Realtors recently released updated statistics showing that the 2024 year-to-date median sale price for a single-family home in Cheshire County as of December was $375,000, up 10.3 percent from the previous year. Statewide, the median sale price of a single-family home was $507,000, up nearly 10 percent from 2023. This renovated antique Cape on 5 acres in Richmond is on the market for $599,000.

NHLC says it has launched the program to help establish "a safer and more inclusive drinking culture" in New Hampshire.
