The New Hampshire Association of Realtors recently released updated statistics showing that the 2024 year-to-date median sale price for a single-family home in Cheshire County as of December was $375,000, up 10.3 percent from the previous year. Statewide, the median sale price of a single-family home was $507,000, up nearly 10 percent from 2023. This renovated antique Cape on 5 acres in Richmond is on the market for $599,000.

As part of Dry January, the New Hampshire Liquor Commission announced today it is introducing New Hampshire Mocktail Month. NHLC says it has launched the program to help establish "a safer and more inclusive drinking culture" in New Hampshire.
