Shrimp & Steak Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb Steak (sliced thin)
1/2 lb Shrimp (shells off)
1 c. Carrots (shredded)
1 c. Red Bell Peppers (sliced)
1/2 Yellow Onion (sliced)
3 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1/2 c. Baby Portabella Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 c. Broccoli
1/4 c. Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
Cajun Spices (to taste)
Cooking Method:
On medium, heat sesame oil in a wok or cast iron skillet
Add carrots & saute for 1-2 minutes
Add Steak and 1 tbsp Cajun spices & cook for 1-2 minutes on each side
Add onions, bell peppers, garlic & cook for 2 minutes, until veggies start to soften
Add Broccoli & cook for 1 minute
Add Shrimp & Hoisin, stir well mixing all the ingredients and cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp are done.
Serve over cauliflower rice, noodles or jasmine rice

French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
2 C. Shatto Farms Egg Nog
6 Slices Brioche Bread
1 Tbsp.Nutmeg
1 Tbsp.Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Cooking Method:
Combine eggnog, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and egg in a shallow dish and blend well using a whisk
Heat cast iron skillet or griddle with olive oil
Dip 1 slice bread in eggnog batter, be sure to cover bread completely
Place in skillet and cook on each side 2-3 minutes
