I was chatting with someone today about shifting their mindset, and here’s the advice I gave them:
Start seeing anything you “lose” as not really a loss, but just a step closer to your wins.
When you think like that, you start operating from a place of strength.
The anxiety you think you have starts to fade because, honestly, who gets anxious about winning?
Fear only shows up when you feel like you are losing. But if you’re always focused on winning, that shift can completely change the way you see things.
