B n' K Entertainment Agency, based in the Midwest, represents talented Live Music Entertainers throughout the Midwest. Most artists/bands just want to PLAY.

We focus on helping artists/collective bands identify realistic goals and design marketing plans to achieve these goals. Bn'K is more than a booking agency or talent buyer. We understand. For true success, an artist/musician must realize they are operating a BUSINESS. As such, a business plan, marketing strategies for consumers (fanbase) and Customers (potential bookings) and sales strategy are ne

eded. Bn'K insists and helps artists/musicians identify and build a business plan, marketing plans and executes sales plans based on those plans and goals. We also develop matrixes to measure the success and review these with the artists/bands twice per year. If adjustments to strategies are needed, they are collectively agreed upon and modified accordingly. Bn'K does have unique requirements. The above is non-negotiable. We work with some of the largest talent buyers, music marketing agencies, and venues in the nation (primarily in the Midwest). The artists/musicians we represent are a reflection of our business. As such, we demand those we represent to show a great level of professionalism when at a customer location (before, during and after) for a performance. Courses with testing are offered/required by each artist/band we represent quarterly. A failing mark by any individual member are shared and will delay future bookings through our agency. Non-compliance results in being dropped from our representation (regardless how good you/your band is). We are a small, personalized group and intend to remain that way. We measure our success in artists/musicians achieving their goals and venues asking for repeat business from those artists/bands we represent or our talent buying services offered to venues; NOT DOLLAR SIGNS. Our belief is as we help musicians and talent agencies succeed; the money takes care of itself.

Seeking a skilled drummer for a promotional tour across Kansas and Missouri from the rest of 2024 through 2025. Candidates must meet the following requirements: proficiency in advanced IEM and own earbuds, experience with digital drum kits, willingness to travel weekly (schedule provided three months in advance) with overnight stays (accommodations covered by promoter, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays) in the specified region. The genre will be GLAM ROCK (late 1970s to 1980s). Reliability and ability to work well with others are a must. Decent compensation offered, but details will only be discussed with candidates meeting all above criteria. This is a corporate-sponsored trade recognition campaign, precluding the use of existing band members represented due to the volume of scheduled dates.
