La Luna Recording & Sound Full-Service Analog and Digital Recording Studio in Kalamazoo, MI

La Luna is an 1800 sq ft, 8-room recording studio housed within an extensively renovated 1940's foundry in Kalamazoo's Edison Neighborhood. Our large live room is designed for full-band performances and huge drum sounds, with a spacious control room designed for comfortable and accurate listening. 6 additional recording spaces are available for separation and different sonic textures, including tw

o comfy isolation booths with big windows and generous sightlines to the main room. We offer both analog and digital recording, mixing, mastering, and private lessons, with an extensive collection of vintage and modern equipment. Our neighbors in the Jerico campus include a coffee shop, guitar luthier, video production company, piano restorer, electric scooter company, mechanic, and many other independent artists and craftspeople.

A little PSA: WE'RE NOT GOING BACK IN THE CLOSET

We were recently attacked by members of our own family on a post about these tshirts which are part of our Keep Country Q***r campaign to raise money and awareness for at risk teens and young adults. This morning awoke to news that su***de prevention hotlines for LGBTQ+ youth are fully overwhelmed with calls from despairing q***r and trans youth.

Frequently, people express their wish that we should just keep quiet about it, but that's not what we're here to do. We're here to bring hope to those to need it. We're here to hold up a mirror to every q***r kid from the sticks so they can see their own value and potential. We're here to spread love and light and to fight fascism.

If you're one of those people who doesn't want q***rness creeping into your life, we don't want you either. You know where the exit is. No need to announce your departure.

Catch performances by Yellowhouse, Frogs and Toads, and Allie Garland as they compete for a cash prize and recording time from La Luna Recording & Sound. The best part?
