We still have a lot of love in our hearts for the Michigan Beer Film. The film that, in a sense, declared that RHINO isn't just making videos... we're telling stories - we're making films. Even though we had no business believing we were capable of creating a film this ambitious.. we found a way to get it done, and we had a lot of fun in the process. Can't wait to celebrate and screen the film with a bunch of friends over at One Well Brewing.

Tuesday, August 6th - 7 pm!

The year was 2013. Breweries were popping up then like dispensaries are now. It was a magic, energetic time in the Michigan craft beer scene, and we can’t wait to relive it all with you in an interactive viewing with RHINO, the talented crew who made the film, as well as some of its stars!

Tickets are $10 and include popcorn from our friends at Pop City Popcorn because no movie experience would be complete without it. We’ll have some fun surprises from our kitchen crew as well.

Proud of the work we accomplished with our friend Kyle Misak, who wrote and directed “Just Sally”. Kyle brought us in on a jam packed four day sprint to film and light his 12 minute mini epic musical about a young girl who pushes back against a regime that demands conformity.

It was a packed house at the private premiere at the Vickers in Three Oaks this past weekend. Happy to be a part of it!

I'm absolutely THRILLED and HONORED to officially announce RHINO's latest film effort, and most ambitious project to date.

"WHERE YA BEEN? The Odyssey and Elegy of Luke Bell"

Luke Bell was an absolute creative powerhouse who deeply inspired many (certainly myself!) through his prolific songwriting and performing.

He pursued his gifts with a rare combination of authenticity, obsession, and natural charisma that rarely comes along.

In a year filled with ups and downs, pursuing this story has been a creative north star and I've truly never been more fulfilled in aiming to honor Luke and his legacy through creating this film with co-director and creative partner Matt Bakken.

This October, we’re busting myths about breast cancer and mammograms with our friends at @hologic!

An ode to one of the GOAT Christmas films with a little bit of “Christmas in July” mixed in. We loved bringing this vision to life for Advantage Roofing!

It’s pretty tough to top fresh Michigan blueberries straight from the farm.

We won Silver at the National AdFed awards in Salt Lake City in the CINEMATOGRAPHY category for our branded short film “The Letter” a collaboration with @getman_corp. I wanted to share specifically that the film had an incredible crew all around but the team that made the CINEMATOGRAPHY sing were Matt Bakken (DP), Nick Benitez (Cinematographer), Jake Maxwell (Gaffer) Michael Howell (1AC), Dan Martinez (1AC) and Bekah Haley (2AC). Also want to shout out Kat for the producing, wardrobe, props and locations and more. She did a tremendous job. We are stoked to finally see the premiere of our branded film project with @getman_corp ! This project began back in 2021 with an initial request to produce a scaler safety video. But our client asked “what else could we do?” Dangerous question to ask a creative firm! We found ourselves filming in the decommissioned copper mines of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, as well as various spots down here in Southwest Michigan. There were lots of hurdles and setbacks throughout (including the stolen picture car), but we kept our heads down and made a film that we are proud of. Come back tomorrow for the full dang experience, but for now, enjoy the trailer.
