A couple of days ago, I caught the first halibut of the 2024 season! Also a mess of cod🐟They were calling for 1-2 ft seas and for most of the day, the water was glass🙌🙌 Great way to kick off the season!

Over the years, we've caught a few halibut 🐟

Since I love fresh seafood, I created 'Halibut Magic' which is a spice blend that combines rich buttery, nutty, dill-forward notes with a light citrus finish.

It's simple to make: add mayo, seasoning, fish - refrigerate overnight and enjoy on crackers or as a sandwich.
