She has been identified. Thank you all for your quick responses.

The Joplin Police Department is needing assistance in identifying this female. She was located near I44 and S Range Line Rd on foot and appeared to be in distress. She was transported to a local hospital where she is currently receiving treatment but she does not know who she is.

Any information on her identity would be greatly appreciated so we can reunite her with her family.
