Wayne County Speedway in Wayne City, IL will host the inaugural visit to Illinois on September 20-21 for a two night double header against our sister series the HART - Heartland Auto Racing Tour!

Non-Wing Outlaw, Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class, Restricted, and Junior Sprints will all be in action both nights.

Eli Holden had a great night at Coles County Speedway on the final night of the penultimate KKM Challenge event.

With points gained on both Thursday and Friday, this meant that he would start P3 on the grid. He quickly gained one spot and ultimately finished in 2nd, just behind Brexton Busch.

In the restrictor, it was different. From points gained on Thursday and Friday, this meant he would start 7th in a B-Main. In the B-Main the top seven drivers would advance to the A-Main. The Princeton, Indiana driver finished 3rd, which put him starting 11th in the A-Main. The start was a bit rough as he ended up flipping in turns one and two; his car recieved some damage, but it was not enough to end his race. He pushed through to finish P12.

Last night was a good one for Wiggs Racing at Southern Illinois Raceway!

Jagger ran his first A class race. He started P11, held his line, and finished P8. He also picked up a win in his restrictor feature! Jaxton went 9th to 2nd in his non wing heat. He started on the pole for his feature, but ultimately a misjudgment on his part ended his night. He also picked up 2nd place in his A-Class feature as well.

Great job to both Jagger and Jaxton!

September 20-21 the HART Series faces off against the National Open Wheel 600 Series at Wayne County Speedway in Wayne City, IL!

🏎️HART Non-Wing Outlaw
🏎️NOW600 Stock (A) Non-Wing
🏎️NOW600 Winged A-Class
🏎️HART vs. NOW600 Restricted
🏎️HART vs. NOW600 Junior Sprints

NOW600 National format applies. Group qualifying during hot laps and passing points.

Restricted class must run NOW600 tire rule. ASCS2 or the SPEC American Racer.

Westhold transponders will be utilized. Sign-In will take place at the NOW600 competition trailer (just like Indiana Micro Week).

Southern Illinois, are you ready to see the best of the best? One week from tomorrow the Xtreme Outlaw Midgets presented by Toyota return to the 618 area at Southern Illinois Raceway! Last year was the series first ever visit to the 1/8th mile bullring. It was also the first time a national midget series event was held at SIR since 2019. After an incredible race last year, it's back, and it's gonna get wild. Last year, reigning series champ Aved Racing - Jade Avedisian picked up the win after a late race pass for the lead. Her win at SIR last year was one of five wins in 2023 and she ultimately became the first female to win a national midget series championship. Other big names to watch for are Cannon McIntosh, Chase McDermand, and many more. Come on out to Southern Illinois Raceway next Friday night and watch the biggest names national series competition. It was a fun night at Red Hill Raceway last night! Our first time covering 410 Sprint Cars was a success. It's from sprint cars, modifieds, and hornets last weekend to winged micros this weekend. It's off to Southern Illinois Raceway on Friday night for the preliminary night for the Highbanks Hustle.
