Huge congratulations to for 5 straight weeks on the college radio charts with their latest single. To put this in perspective, all of the other artists on the charts are represented by major and large indie labels while we’re running a shoestring operation here that has provided 0% help to to market or promote their music. In fact, some other artists on the roster are actively wishing against success. Even in this environment, against all odds, they were able to crack the college radio monopoly. 👏👏👏

Generally you need to be over 75 years old to get on our radar, but you got to respect the next generation of rockers carrying on the tradition. Wet Legs are the biggest thing in indie rock and we’re glad to see them break into the mainstream with their 2023 Grammy wins.

Absolutely gutted to hear about the death of screen legend Burt Young. Any 70s, 80s, or 90s kid was a fan of Burt’s definitive portrayal of Paulie in the Rocky series. Burt was a serious actor who studied under Strasberg and his talent is on display during this famous scene from Rocky 3. Paulie stumbles into an arcade in a booze-infused daze and confronts his inner demons. Burt not only puts on a master class of acting here, but also displays a classic Hollywood leading man look that he humbly played down to play that despicable, scumbag, P.O.S.
