- A **stick** (like a broomstick or dowel).
- A **book** (light enough to balance but just enough of a challenge).
👣 **The Exercise:**
1️⃣ Place the book on your head—balance is key!
2️⃣ Hold the stick across your back, resting it on your shoulders.
