3 Things I prioritize as a small business owner! ➡️ ITS NOT EASY! I try to create routines and patterns throughout my work week for ME. As a business owner, your FIRST priority will always be the client/customer and product/service. That’s why you created your business. My routines are for my personal growth and mental health! 1. THE BUSINESS OWNER - AKA yourself. I do one thing a week that’s for me - not my business, not my home, not for anyone else. Sometimes it’s nail salon or massage, sometimes it’s a walk. No matter what it is, your personal time is for you to THINK in the QUIET. 2. THE BACK - Whether you have a literal brick and mortar or not, “the back” is all the junk that gets piled up out of the sight of the customer. I pick one day a week to work on “the back.” This can include sometimes literally cleaning up the back, or your business tasks that get pushed to the side: paper work, licenses, social media, answering messages, phone calls, planning, organizing, proposals. Catching up on this stuff once a week makes me feel so much better equipped to handle the rest! 3. The Brainstorm - I have sooo many ideas and I’m not always in a position to make them happen. Have a brainstorm notebook or note on your phone where you write down every single idea that you have for your business, even if it seems silly! You never know when you will be in a rut and look back to find the perfect idea to bring to your business! 🌟 #businessowner #girlboss #branding
