It is with great regret and sadness to find out about the passing of such a great guy, Chauncy Glover.
For those who don't know, Chauncy was once a reporter at ActionNewsJax here in Jacksonville Florida.

KCAL News Anchor and three-time Emmy award-winning journalist Chauncy Glover has died.

Did some nature shooting the other day just for the fun of it. My daughter spotted it and I was able to rush and grab my camera and get over close to the bird without scaring it.

If I've ever asked for anything or even never, I simply ask for this one thing is that you atleast go like and subscribe and help the viewership time go up on this channel.

NEVER will I EVER have some little pipsqueak public servant tell me that I am not a member of the media ever again, or "just some guy with a camera and small business that runs around filming stuff," like Mr. Phillip Perry did, Chief of Communications for Mayor Donna Deegan, City of Jacksonville.

We are now in fundraising mode to blow this business into something bigger than these mainstream networks could ever dream of.

We are Independent, which means we are NOT controlled by our sponsors, we are NOT controlled by our investors, and we are NOT controlled by the politicians.

We report to the PEOPLE. For the People, By the People.

The amount of destruction and corruption that has been allowed to happen and what is happening because they think we can't do anything about it, well they are about to find out.

Can someone point me to a really good Constitutional Attorney here in Jacksonville?

I was just denied access by Phillip Perry, Chief Communications Officer for Mayor Donna Deegan's office who told me that I am not a reporter and I am not a member of the media, that I'm "a small business dude with a camera that goes out and films stuff"

I told him that his policies and their procedures do not have legal precedent to restrict my access to any public building where the public media is invited.
He told me that I don't have credentials and I'm not a mainstream outlet and only those outlets are given access.

I asked him what makes me any different from them? I am my own company, I am a journalist, I have the credentials and the degree that says I'm a journalist, and I not only do not have to prevent those credentials to him, but I also don't have to identify myself as anything but the press.

I told him that he is now making Donna Deegan and her office legally liable.
I was not sure who was responsible for this, but now that I know it wasn't Donna Deegan herself or I would like to hope not, I will be filing legal action and naming not only the Mayor and Mr. Perry in the lawsuit, but I will be in contact immediately with the Governors Office.

He told me that he's not sure where I'm going with this but I will not be granted access to that building ever. And I told him I'll have access I promise within 48 hours and he told me "Good Luck with That".

This is absolutely ABSURD! We are in a State of Emergency and this dude thinks he can violate my 1st Amendment Rights and that He has the authority or qualifications to decide who and/or what I am, which is hurting those people who don't watch the media, don't support the mayor, and don't even know how to navigate to the information they need to hear, so its most important that independent journalists like myself come in and tell the truth and get all information that is pertinent.

I was respectful as possible to this guy and he not only exposed himself as a tyrant, and a kid who gets some power and thinks he can play school hall patrol, but he's going to cost the city a ton of money.

This is a gross and disgusting abuse of power and he will be held accountable and the Mayors Office will now be held LEGALLY responsible for his actions.

I'm so fed up with anyone who uses their public office to abuse their power and restrict the rights of those who choose to use, practice, excercise and defend the American Constitution.

When I asked him who he would define as an "Accredited Media Outlet", he said larger networks.

I'm about to become not only that larger network, but this kid is about to become unemployed and unemployable for causing not only the City of Jacksonville and the Mayors office a ton of money, but has now made a public embarrassment of himself by illegally giving orders to restrict me, a member of the press, access to a public building.
