DUVAL URGENT: Statement from Jacksonville International Airport

As a result of the fire emergency in the Hourly Garage at Jacksonville International Airport that occurred on May 16, 2025, the Aviation Authority has attempted to contact the owners of vehicles located in the accessible areas of the garage. Currently, there are a number of vehicles that are either inaccessible due to an ongoing Federal investigation, or vehicles for which we do not have owner’s contact information.

If you have not been contacted directly by airport personnel, please call the Call Center at 904-741-2710 with your vehicle information. The Call Center is open from 9:00am through 1:00pm through Friday, May 30th. You may also reach us via email at [email protected]
