It's been a while since I posted here.

I have noticed I have received some new views! I'm still here working on these Health goals.

After having a blood clot pass through a whole in my heart that didn't know I had back in March I had to focus on taking it easy to allow my brain to heal from the procedure.

I was truly blessed that I have almost no paralysis! However, like over night I lost all my stregnth!

I was already fighting to regain my mobility after being morbidly obese & sedentary.

It me over two years to loose -150 lbs.

Today is a big deal for me! My watch only tracked half of it. It was 30 minutes.

I completed a Seated Cardio Routine. I have been working in this for a few weeks now! Thank you

I'm not eating too many foods containing cholesterol these days. Today I did choose this. My Aldi has not been carrying reduced fat cream cheese so I chose to use less than u normally would.

Any these Loven Fresh Low Car wraps,two of them. Some cream cheese,Splenda and cinnamon. A few walnut crumbles.

Stack one on top of the other.
You could Air Frye to heat them up but on this day I chose not to do so.

These are so good to me.

OH. It's an Iced Coffee kind of day.

Especially health * finances!

I know yal probably sick of me with but it's so pretty! I also discovered that the Sourdough square loaf the pieces are smaller throughout than the round loaf. It says the calories are the same.
Yal my greedy but wants the round one lol!

Recipe:
2 Eggs
Glover Valley Pizza Sauce
Butter (for the pan) I need to can't non stick spray) it woukd saved .e some calories
Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
Low Moisture Skim Mozzarella
Black pepper.
A little over 300 Calories & I have a good start on ny protien for the day!

Today should be Free Weight, 15lb Circuit day however, the other day I tweaked my shoulder so, another Walking/Dancing/Aerobics Day.. One video all the things.

If you guys have not worked out with Rick over on You Tube, getfitwithrickk .. I highly recommend. Loads of FREE Content! Especially if you enjoy dancing! Which I Def did in my younger years.

Remembering where I was when I first began this journey to take not only my health back but my mobility.

Am I where I want to be? NO,

I am so close & believing this is the year, I finally reach my goal.

However, I am grateful that my past self was brave enough to try something new and enough belief in herself that she would stay the course!

Food Addiction is real!

It is a consistent daily choice to make the Healiest Food Choices Daily!

Just like a person of Faith. It is a choice!

Remember to Choose You over your Emotions.
Remember to Choose Memories instead filling your plate numerous times.

You are worth it.
