It is with an extremely heavy heart that we announce that Arthur Crofton has passed away. To say that he will be missed is a huge understatement.

Arthur has been hosting mornings on WEJZ for over 30 years. He entertained and informed millions of North Floridians and he loved every minute of it.

Please keep his family in your prayers.

Lastnight, after the Front Porch Pickin' show, I activated the WRFA relay in Pittsburgh. Not knowing what is going to happen with this storm, I decided that this was the best move to ensure that WRFA is available to our world wide audience. If all goes well, and we are spared from any damage, the station will be back up and running for the Friday edition of Front Porch Pickin'. We had some issues on air lastnight. Actually, we had a complete crash. But at 3am this morning, webwere able to get everything back up. I know the Playlist sounded weird with all the classic rock, but we had no choice but to re route everything to our relay in Pittsburgh. At 4:30 this evening, we got back online and was able to complete the Front Porch Pickin' show. Thanks to the folks at Live365 for their fast response time and knowledge. We have upgraded many components in the studio, not to mention, new layout software. I hope that we have enhanced your listening experience. We'll see you Monday evening for an additional bluegrass show. Thanks to all who worked very hard to get us back up and running. Thanks to all of our listeners for your continuous support.
