A customer just called and said she had gotten a call from someone saying they are from Irvine Cable. This person told her she hadn’t paid her bill and tried to get payment from her. Irvine Cable will not call you to get payment. If you get a call like this, it is a scam.

Technicians are working diligently to restore service to everyone. Please be patient as they are working as fast as possible.

Many areas are still without electric. If your electric is on but you don’t have internet or tv, it may be due to electric being off on down the road from you.

Please do not power cycle your modems multiply times. This can cause them to never work again.

Once electric is restored, services should come back on. If they don’t, please call us.

If you have a line down or a broken pole, please call.

A little lightning goes a long way! Damaged cable and this case are the reason for the outage this morning on Court St/Wallace Dr area. The cable has been replaced and once this case is replaced service should be restored.

There is currently an internet/phone outage in the Wallace Circle and Noland Court area. This outage has been since late last night. We hope to have the issue resolved shortly.

If you live in the Barnes Mountain/Doe Creek area, there are 3 poles on the ground. This has all Irvine Cable services to that area off. Once the poles have been set, services will be restored.
