Multiple streams of income. Though I burnt out on livestreaming every day, I do get approached by apps with paid livestream contracts from time to time. I took a six month contract here and there, but have stopped again. I am partnering with an agency for TT ⏰🕰️ though and it’s getting me to stream once a week thus far. A happy middle for me.

Yes, it’s important to diversify your income streams, but it’s not all about chasing the money. Make sure what you spend time doing aligns with your values and what you want to accomplish in life or the lifestyle you want to live.

Today in the Video for Entrepreneurs Bootcamp I class I teach online, I explained to a student that when I first started livestreaming using only my phone, I did what I call in-picture "watermarking" using an LED sign. You can do this on a small scale with a little LED name badge (which I used when traveling). This allows you to always be able to "brand" and ID your videos without the use of graphics or computers. Useful for phone livestreams, photos, etc. Even if someone steals your content (happens a lot, we shared stories in today's Zoom), viewers will always know who you are! https://amzn.to/3iAuc2n P.S. - This was recorded by a fan, hence the kooky font!

We live in amazing times.

It wasn’t long ago that in order to spread your message, or to grow your brand, you had to place a huge ad in a newspaper, invest tons of money in a brick & mortar store, or risk the struggling artist lifestyle pounding pavement going to actor auditions. Now, people who want to unleash their creativity and grow their influence only need to take their brand online. It may seem like a struggle to get those followers, to find an audience to show up to your livestream, or to feel like you’re having any impact at all.

I’ve been there. Hi, I’m Michelle Osorio and before I was a professional livestreamer and YouTuber, I was a film school student and before that, a musical theatre major at a performing arts high school. I studied when the world was just on the cusp of the digital revolution and at that time, we were taught if we wanted to reach millions of viewers, we had to pitch a show to a TV network. If we wanted our face to become recognizable world-wide, we needed to get casting directors to hire us to be on stage and in movies.

Well, luckily, as I came up, that world started to change, for good. Since then, I have created hit webseries shows on YouTube with millions of views. I also started to livestream, and what started out as a fun hobby, grew me to 134,000 live followers and I found myself able to pay the rent just from viewer support.

Gone are the days of media gatekeepers separating you from your audience. I am here to teach you how to share your art, creation, solutions and message with your community. This is the mission of Dare to Dream School!
