National Karting Champion Elliot Cox Signs with Syntech Racing

“We are pleased to announce that karting standout Elliot Cox will be joining the Syntech Racing Team as a Junior Driver. Elliot is an amazing 12-year-old young man that started the organization that brings awareness to this learning disability. This mission of his and his determination to be the best made our decision and easy one,” according to Blake Deister.

Blake goes on to say, “Elliot is a well-respected karter here at our local tracks, mom Amanda and father Travis are fully supportive of our plan to work with him as he matures into the junior class structures. Elliot will represent both our OTK and Top Kart lines as he works to add more titles to his resume.”

SYNTECH RACING TEAM VICTORIOUS DURING SECOND ROUND OF ROK CUP FLORIDA WINTER TOUR

Syntech Racing Team made the trek back down to Ocala Gran Prix for the second stop of the Rok Cup USA Florida Winter Tour series. As the team has been itching to show their true potential they were able to do just that with Parker DeLong taking the Mini Rok main event win on Sunday and Danny Dyszelski scoring a top 5!

STRONG FINISH FOR TOP KART USA AT ROUTE 66 SPRINT SERIES FINALE

As the 2019 season heads into the last few events for Team Top Kart USA, they made the short trek to the capitol of Springfield, IL to finish out the final rounds of Route 66 Sprint Series. With drivers in contention for championship titles the team was confident and prepared to do battle at Mid State Kart Club.

Given the hot and sunny weather on Friday for official practice the Top Kart drivers and crew were excited to see what Saturday and Sunday held with several drivers within the top 5 on time charts all day. The unknown all weekend was if the rain was going to hold off for competition. Saturday started off with slight rain but not enough to deem a wet tire condition as this played a huge part in some of the classes qualification times. By the time the green flag was thrown to begin pre final races the rain had decided to clear out leaving a slightly cooler overcast afternoon.

DORAN MOTORSPORTS GROUP MAKING HISTORY AT LAGUNA SECA F4 EVENT

Doran Motorsports Group, Southern California based F4 Formula Pro USA Championship team returns home with more hardware and a championship title after their successful weekend at the famed Laguna Seca road course. Heading into the weekend DMG had their sights set on accruing more points to keep driver Marco Kacic ahead of the leaderboard for the series championship and the team was able to meet and exceed their goals.

“It is DONE!” says Francois Doran, president of Doran Motorsports Group, “This weekend’s double win allowed DMG and Marco Kacic to clinch the 2019 F4 Formula Pro USA Championship with one race event to spare. DMG SECURES SIXTH VICTORY OF THE SEASON AT SONOMA ROUND 7 & 8

Southern California based team, Doran Motorsports Group; returns back to their headquarters with more hardware earned after successful weekend in Sonoma for rounds seven and eight of the 2019 F4 Formula Pro USA Western Championship. Marco Kacic pulled off another victory this weekend as teammate Alan Tang grabbed a solid third place overcoming several adversities along the way. As the 2019 season has given the newly formed team strong momentum with stud drivers Alan Tang and Marco Kacic behind the wheel the team has seen nothing but positive results up to this point in the series.

For Saturday’s qualifying events the series made it a little more challenging for all drivers involved to get a great speed for the session. With too many cars on track at once it quickly became a means of trying to find as much open space as possible in order to gain a clean lap. Kacic earned his sixth pole position award for the season while Alan Tang brought his DMG prepared F4 car across the line in fifth to start the racing events for round 7...

SARAH BRADLEY EARNS TOP 5 DURING WKA KARTING CHALLENGE AT CHARLOTTE MOTOR SPEEDWAY

Sarah Bradley Racing made the ten hour trek to the east coast visiting the famed Charlotte Motor Speedway, home of the Coca Cola 600, and also round four of the World Karting Association’s Charlotte Karting Challenge event. WKA looked to make an impression and increase the stakes in 2019 by adding the large venue for the sprint racing event utilizing the Roval course. Total distance over one mile long made for intense battles throughout the weekend’s event with the draft playing a major role.

After a full day of practice under Sarah Bradley’s belt on the high speed course, she was feeling confident in her kart and engine package to begin the racing events through the rest of the national competition weekend. Bradley states, “This is the fastest track I have ever been on before! 70 mph down the straight away was so much fun and being able to make passes as we come down the hill into turn 2 and mix it up with the leaders was exciting.”

DMG INKS VIGNESH KADARABAD FOR SUMMER LONG TESTING AND DRIVER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Doran Motorsports Group (DMG), Southern California based Formula 4 racing team and driver development program is continuing to add new drivers to their lineup in 2019 in preparations for the 2020 season. With the success they have had thus far throughout the 2019 schedule they have proven their program is a top contender while having the engineering staff, management, and drivers combined. With Marco Kacic and Alan Tang scheduled to move up to F3 in 2020 the team is looking to secure 2 F4 drivers ready to take over the 94 and 95 car for 2020.

Eighteen-year-old Vignesh Kadarabad from hometown Mumbai, India is the newest driver to the DMG lineup. Kadarabad has previous experience in Formula Renault and is excited to get back behind the wheel in the #95 DMG prepared Formula 4 machine. In 2019 Kadarabad will be focusing his efforts on testing with the team as they have planned for a 3 meeting 6-day test schedule. These tests will take place in Buttonwillow, CA between July and October. The purpose of this series of tests is to bring Vignesh up to speed so that he is ready to compete for the win during the 2020 Formula Pro USA F4 Championship...

DORAN MOTORSPORTS GROUP SECURES 1 WIN AND 3 PODIUM FINISHES AT PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY

Southern California based team, Doran Motorsports Group running a consistent F4 Formula Pro USA Series schedule in the 2019 season made the trek up north for Rounds 5 and 6 of the Western Championship series event hosted at Portland International Raceway this weekend.

Unloading their cars and preparing to hit the track for Friday practice the DMG drivers and crew were on top of their game all day setting the quick times to beat on the charts. Kacic averaging over one second gap quicker than the competition he was feeling confident heading into Saturday’s racing schedule of events with his Doran Motorsports Group prepared F4 car.
