Those who don't know what grind and dedication it really takes to be a sound engineer, please give your engineer some slack and patience.

I've been working on a business partners project for almost three days non-stop with maybe 4 hours of decent sleep.

Engineers have to take raw material and turn it into gold then polish it and make it shine like new money.
The artist sat with me the whole time and seen me grind from beginning to almost completion, and I created the sound the artist heard in their head
(it's not at all easy when the engineer can't read your thoughts but the end result is actually what the artist wanted)...

Now I know I've earned their trust as it relates to music and business and my worth as a sound engineer. I have the final polishing to do and then we will have a fully finished product that not only I but the artist will be very satisfied with, until we work on the rest of the projects songs.

I said that to say this:

Again give your engineer so slack it takes a lot to produce industry quality material even more so when your engineer is the type that won't stop working(no matter how many hours or days it takes), until the material is what the artist tried to express what they want from their projects.

I feel very inspired and motivated right now and so the grind can't and won't stop until it's time for me to fly out of here!

need an solid sound engineer... get at me!
