This year DPD Media Solutions we traveled the country, shot and edited over a hundred videos for clients like Newfields, Lumina Foundation, EmployIndy, Honeywell Arts Academy, The Salvation Army, FFA, and many others.

We premiered the Emmy-nominated documentary we shot and edited: The Working Hungry at KanKan. We helped produce videos about Indiana's last lynching and the marker to commemorate that. We worked on videos to promote HBCUs, better wages in Indiana, and helped educate doctors and nurses about skin cancer.

We worked with great people like Brandis Friedman, John Strauss, CMC Media Group, Neary Creative, Epcon, Linda Mutchman, Bob Haggard, Kaleb G, Kyle Chudyk, Joshua Lozinak, Ward Lauer, and many others.

We had a great year, and thanks to all who continue to help us produce impactful stories, insightful and engaging media.

A lot of people get into my field… Camera guy, editor to work in film. Me included back in the day.

Talking with a producer tonight that I love… It really occurred to me in a big way how lucky I am that I didn't go that direction. I love what I do… I love engaging with different people every week, I love being in different places like manufacturing facilities, behind the rope on the occasional red carpet or political whatever.

Tonight I was at an addiction recovery clinic… I got to spend an evening with people working to turn around their lives. People that have all the heart in all of the world, and reason to make their lives better.

Just reminded me that I'm awfully lucky to be able to do cool work. Even if it's not some big stinky hollywood movie.

What a great year for DPD Media!

Every project is important, but highlights for us include DP'ing and editing the documentary The Working Hungry that is still airing across the state of Indiana. Working with the awesome folks at Lumina to promote community colleges nation-wide. And working with my long-term clients at CMC Media Group and Neary Creative.
