PSA: It’s not always in your best interest to bring on every client. 🗣️

There is a saying, “even a bad client turns out to be a good client, they teach us what it is we don’t need.” I have learned this the hard way!

I am grateful for every client I’ve ever had, however I have definitely learned along the way who I work best with and what I will no longer tolerate in a professional collaboration.

Here are some questions to ask when considering a new client:

⚡️ “Do our personalities clash?”
⚡️ “Do I align with their brand and brand’s purpose?”
⚡️ “Are they a micromanager?”
⚡️ “Do they value my time and skill?”
⚡️ “Will they pay me what I’m worth?”
⚡️ “Am I a good fit for THEIR business and needs?”
