Professional work with unprofessionals : I've lost count how many times over the yrs as an engineer I dreadfully accepted jobs engineering vocalist that couldn't sing well, just to make some money. Of course I learned to stay neutral in my attitude, be non-bias, always remain kind and genuine from a sincere heart, and simply do my best. I'm great at just doing what I'm paid to do without being extra. Love staying in my lane. What always challenges the effort to stay positive, is when the vocalist ask me what I think about their singing 😳..noooooo😭 don't doooo thaaaat !! (( LISTEN ))) PEOPLE PLEASE CATCH ON AND LOCK THIS IN YOUR MEMORY !!!!
((( The engineers job is just to properly capture and process a performance ))) not give his/her opinion on it. That's what your director of production does.

No matter how ugly is stayed for longest. Spite how hard I tried and seemingly was getting nowhere. I knew giving up wasn't an option. 2016 was a yr of horrible setback experiences of having to start all over.. but I kept going.
