I put together a tea and fruit pairing guide:

Black Tea
Fruits: Apples, pears, figs, raisins, and baked fruits (like peaches or apples).
Notes: Pairs well with dessert-like flavors, enhancing teas blended with vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Green Tea
Fruits: Citrus (lemon, lime, orange), melons (watermelon, cantaloupe), and tropical fruits (pineapple, mango).
Notes: Fresh, grassy notes enhance the bright acidity and sweetness.

White Tea
Fruits: Citrus (orange, grapefruit), acidic fruits (pineapple, kiwi), subtle berries (blueberries, strawberries), and peaches.
Notes: Pairs well with both tart and sweet fruits.

Red Tea (Honeybush)
Fruits: Stone fruits (apricots, peaches), dried fruits (dates, figs), and tropical fruits (banana, pineapple).
Notes: Sweet, earthy tones blend well with rich flavors.
