THANK YOU to my cousin, Crystal, for the"Mom Lesson." She hosted us for Thanksgiving. I was not feeling well. At 1 point, I apologized to my girls for it. She said "Don't apologize for being sick!" My best girl Lisa here. 🙏 She's a registered mammography technologist. (Also a BFF since 2nd grade.) She told me this: cut back on caffeine the day before AND day of your mammogram! Caffeine can cause breast tenderness- especially if you have fibrocystic breast tissue. I never knew and was having iced coffee in the waiting room at my last mammogram 😳 Thankful for the info & wanted to share! 😘 Get your girls checked. 💕 Love, Jodi (and Lisa!)
