The other day, I started tackling an exciting kitchen transformation project! I’m helping a friend breathe new life into her kitchen by refinishing her cabinets, and I can’t wait to see the final result.

It’s amazing how much a little sanding, painting, and love can completely change the look of a space. This project is all about updating on a budget and proving that small changes can make a BIG difference. Left is the before, and right is just 2 coats of white. We plan to add trim around each cabinet and hardware to each one. It’s going to look amazing when it’s done!

Who doesn’t love saving big while shopping? Today, I made a quick trip to Walgreens and scored some amazing deals using coupons! It’s such a great feeling to stretch my budget while stocking up on essentials.

Here’s the breakdown of what I got and how much I saved:

Total cost was $50.84 before sales and coupons
Coupon Total was $22.54
I ended up with $11.00 in Walgreens Rewards for next time. Bringing my grand total to $13.54 for 11 items. That’s a savings of $37.30. 🤯

Happy Thursday friends! Today’s all about rolling up my sleeves and getting things done. I’m juggling two big tasks—cleaning and organizing around the house (always a never-ending battle) and working on a fun project for a client.

These chairs are getting a rustic makeover, and I can’t wait to see how they turn out. There’s something so satisfying about transforming old furniture into something beautiful and full of character.

Hey friends, long time no post! It’s been a while, but I’m back and ready to reconnect with you all. Life has been a little busy behind the scenes, but I’ve missed sharing my journey with you.

Today, I’m tackling the ultimate challenge—cleaning my teenager’s room (aka the garbage pit)! Let’s just say it’s a project worthy of its own DIY series. Once that’s conquered, I’ll be organizing around the house to start fresh this year.

A package showed up at my door the other day from Amazon and I didn’t think I ordered anything so I figured it was for my husband. It said my name on it. 🧐 I was scratching my head trying to remember what I had ordered. 🤣 I checked my Amazon and there was nothing there. Eventually I decided to open it since it was in my name. This is what my wonderful friend Katy sent me. It’s a really nice work apron for all my painting projects. It’s coated in wax so it never gets ruined and it’s made by a family run business which makes it so much more special to me. I absolutely love it. Thank you so much Katy for thinking of me. I’m so excited to start using it!
