Searching for a local winter hotspot but hesitant to hit the slopes? Take a drive to the St. Anthony Sand Dunes just north of Rexburg and don’t forget your sled!

When dusted with snow, these dunes are perfect for catching speed and they’re a free resource to the public. Sledding safety is a must and the St. Anthony Sand Dunes are no exception. Some dunes may be too steep or have exposed rock at the bottom, so check your surroundings before hopping onto your sled.

The 19th Annual Southeast Bridal Fair is taking place this weekend on January 10th and 11th! 🤍 This bridal fair is the longest-running wedding show in East Idaho, featuring a plethora of vendors to help brides plan their dream wedding.

The event is located at the Snake River Event Center, and doors will be open from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. For more details, head to www.seibridalfair.com.

The Annual Driggs Snowscapes is returning with this one-of-a-kind event with tons of snow and tons of fun for locals and visitors. ❄️ From Jan. 20-24, seven sculpting teams will compete for a grand prize, and the annual block party and award ceremony will take place on Jan. 25 at Driggs Plaza, 60th Main Street.

For winter hobby lovers, check out these four groomed trails located in Idaho Falls where you can walk, cross-country ski, snow skate and fat bike all winter long. All of the groomed trails are open from sun up to sun down during the week and weekends and are free to the public.
