VioForge is a home 3D Printing business servicing Searcy, AR. 3D printing services include SLA Resin Printing using an ANYCUBIC Photon which specializes in small, detailed models with low surface roughness.

How Does it Work?
There are several options for you to take part in with VioForge:
1) Basic 3D Printing
- Fill out this google sheet: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScEpW_GE2oIO2QU1bJrzO1FPb8EC969AG4FyvqDp-JaIhTW6Q/viewform?usp=sf_link and submit an STL file to be printed and shipped to you within 5-7 business days.
2) Print and Paint
- Fill out the google sheet above, and submit reference material or designs ideas for which you would like your model to be painted after being printed. Designs will be negotiated and an experienced painter will transform your model into something spectacular!
3) Engineering Solution
- The VioForge team includes industry experience in engineering and CAD design, and this experience is open to you if you are looking to have an idea created for you! To do this, simply contact us through messenger and we will get back to you about your request soon!
How Much Does it Cost?
- For standard printing services, the total cost is broken into 3 categories which are dependent on the model size (NOTE: Prices are for single model costs using standard Grey Resin. Feel free to inquire about multiple model copies at discounted prices):
SMALL PRINTS - Build volume under 1.6 in2: $12
MEDIUM PRINTS - Build volume under 16 in2: $18
LARGE PRINTS - Build Volume >16 in2: Ask for Quote
PRINT & PAINT - $15 + standard print price
MODEL DESIGN & PRINT Ask for Quote
How to Pay?
- All payments can be made through Cash App upon order. Other payment options may be considered. Just send us a message!
Other Details (The "fine print")
- Harding University Students are eligible for 30% off discount on all services and are eligible for on Campus Delivery. Just supply your student ID number in the google form when requesting service!
- All STL Files acquired by VioForge to be printed for a customer will not be distributed to others who did not supply the file through the form, nor will copies of the print be distributed. NOTE: Files may be requested to be deleted after use, otherwise all files may be kept by VioForge for future in-house printing and copying by VioForge Staff.
- Some part files in the LARGE category may require special printing procedures which include, but are not limited to, partitioning the model into multiple files and reassembling after post processing. Any special cases will be communicated to the customer and any necessary price adjustments may be negotiated.
