LEXINGTON STORM DAMAGE | This is from Ben Tackett. He works at Collision Masters of Lexington.
They’re located off Old Frankfort Pike. This was his office earlier today. Right where he was standing moments before. He says as soon as the roof started to lift, he and his team ran down to the bottom of their shop almost underground.
Thankfully, no injuries.
But miraculously, he says the Ten Commandments never moved from the wall.

Price gouging law are now in effect.
He says as of 2:00 on Tuesday, no fatalities have been reported.

This is the scene at Buckhorn Drive right now. A lightning strike took down this power line which caused two homes to catch fire across the street from each other. The flames were mostly contained to the attics. A LexTran bus full of passengers was also trapped beneath wires. No injuries have been reported. A Lexington Fire Dept. Ladder track also suffered minor damage.

The crash has a lot of people asking for safety improvements to the intersection of 70 and 127. Many are saying there needs to be a traffic light installed. Some people have started an online petition for that.

Police say witnesses told them a vehicle had been passing by, shooting adults and children in the front yard with an Orbeez gun - a high-powered water gun that shoots hydrated pellets.
