Today, members of Constable Mark Herman's Office joined thousands of law enforcement officers from all over the country as they attended the funeral for fallen Harris County Sheriff's Deputy Sandeep Dhaliwal to pay their last respects for their brother in blue. It was a great evening during Week 7 of Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Citizens Police Academy! CPA participants enjoyed special presentations and demonstrations from the Precinct 4 K9 Division and the Precinct 4 High Tech Crimes Unit. Participants were able to learn firsthand and with up close and personal demonstrations from K9 Deputies George Henson with his K9 partner “Rudo,” and Andrew Baskins with his K9 partner “Telle.” Sergeant Jeff Lee with the Precinct 4 High Tech Crimes Unit closed the evening with an in depth presentation on how specialized unit within the Criminal Investigations Division is tasked with the investigation of technologically facilitated offenses.
