Today, members of Constable Mark Herman's Office joined thousands of law enforcement officers from all over the country as they attended the funeral for fallen Harris County Sheriff's Deputy Sandeep Dhaliwal to pay their last respects for their brother in blue.
Deputy Sandeep Dhaliwal was a trailblazer for the Sikh community and paid the ultimate sacrifice doing what he loved. He will forever be in our hearts.
Rest In Peace Deputy Dhaliwal.

Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4's High Water Rescue equipment which includes, two 5 ton trucks, two rescue boats and a Hummer, have been staged in areas throughout Precinct 4 in anticipation of Tropical Storm Imelda.

Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman happily announced that he had a great turnout Tuesday, Aug. 6 at his Cypresswood office. . Over 300 Precinct 4 residents stopped by to pick up a FREE snow cone.
They will be there from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. for the remainder of the week!

It was a great evening during Week 7 of Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 Citizens Police Academy! CPA participants enjoyed special presentations and demonstrations from the Precinct 4 K9 Division and the Precinct 4 High Tech Crimes Unit.
Participants were able to learn firsthand and with up close and personal demonstrations from K9 Deputies George Henson with his K9 partner “Rudo,” and Andrew Baskins with his K9 partner “Telle.”
Sergeant Jeff Lee with the Precinct 4 High Tech Crimes Unit closed the evening with an in depth presentation on how specialized unit within the Criminal Investigations Division is tasked with the investigation of technologically facilitated offenses.

Houston Astro Josh Reddick surprised the KHS baseball team with new uniforms this morning at the KHS baseball field. The Mustangs will wear the new uniforms tonight in their playoff game against the C.E. King Panthers. The game will be played at Summer Creek High School at 7 p.m.
