Dear followers,

I am so saddened to report that our page may go dark or be permanently removed by FB. If dealing with a sick mama this weekend wasn’t stressful enough, I may lose years and years of followers, which will have a devastating impact on our program 😭

Everyone may not agree that breeders should breed in a world where many dogs are dumped in shelters. But the issue with wiping good breeders out, is that the horrible puppy mill breeders will still continue because most of them are not on FB and are on websites or in pet stores. Many backyard breeders who let their pets get knocked up are not promoting businesses on FB. Wiping out the good will inevitably have more people going to them and they do not care what you think and will keep on doing what they do. Irresponsible owners will keep not altering their pets. Irresponsible owners will keep dumping their pets at shelters…..This is not the way. Shutting down puppy mills is what is needed. Ensuring breeders are licensed and inspected is what is needed. Increasing access to low cost spay and neuter options is what is needed. If shelters are overwhelmed now, just wait for the wave of puppies and other animals that get dumped because folks can no longer network them on their social media pages. I fear for the rescue groups and farmers that may also be removed in this wave of unnecessary regulation. This will have a serious impact on our community, on wonderful people I know and care about, and their families.

My page is also a means for me to stay connected with the families that have our babies. We have watched and stayed connected with generations of our lines. Just the thought of losing old pictures and contacts that I may never get back is heartbreaking. We have an Instagram page but it has been pretty inactive up until this point because this Millennial Mama just can’t keep up with multiple platforms. I ask that our wonderful followers please go and follow our Instagram page before we potentially lose the ability to connect with you all. We also have a Tik Tok where we post adorable videos 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Rough night last night with Mama Sasha who developed milk fever (eclampsia). It was quite the scare but with diligent around the clock attention and catching it super quick, she is feeling better this morning. Raising puppies, especially French bulldog puppies, is not for the faint of heart, and if you do not know what you are doing, things can go down hill quickly. We will be hand feeding these little nuggets for the next day or so. Please send prayers and positive vibes for Sasha and babies 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Puppy of the week is little Ron! Ron is one of four mini Aussiedoodle puppies. He is a first generation cross out of our Australian shepherd and mini poodle. He is expected to be 15-20lbs and will have a nice soft wavy brushable coat. Come meet this boy and you will fall in love! ❤️❤️
