First Uplyft Film Festival in the books! 😎🎞️✨
Kareem came to us with a bold idea for a philanthropic film festival, and we were thrilled to help bring this vision to life through our communication and video production. Today, standing alongside him, we’re filled with pride at what we’ve accomplished together. The historic Esperson Building, where we’ve recently set up shop, provided the perfect backdrop. The atmosphere was alive with joy, art, talent, genuine connection, and electrifying energy. This weekend is a testament to the creativity and passion of everyone involved, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.
Capturing the Esperson through the lens of our CEO and original photographer, our passion for storytelling never fades.
As we settle into our new office here, we’re more inspired than ever to share the tales of this iconic building. Because for us, every shot is a story waiting to be told.

At Kadenco we are celebrating our 15th anniversary! 🎉1️⃣5️⃣🥂
It has been 15 years of sharing our passion for audiovisual communication with you.
We started in Mexico City in 2009 with a camera and a vision. That vision expanded to Colombia and the United States. Today, in these three countries we are storytellers creating communication strategies through videos and photos.
We thank each client who has given us and continues to give us their trust to tell their stories.

We are excited to share that we are a community partner for the first annual Uplyft Film Festival! We've partnered with Kareem Marshall, the founder of this great event, to create its communication guidelines. As video storytellers ourselves, it's been a privilege to work alongside Kareem Marshall on this event.
Uplyft Film Festival unites filmmakers, charitable organizations, and the community by showcasing short films. Each film is championed by a charitable organization, giving the organization a platform to amplify its message and connect with the community more broadly. Each film is followed by an open panel of filmmakers, a charity sponsor, and a topic expert, sparking dialogue, inspiring action, and deepening our collective understanding of these issues.
The Uplyft Film Festival premieres all film screenings at the Esperson Building on Saturday, August 17, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We completed a creative challenge to test our ability to understand a company’s messaging and create a corporate video that best communicates that brand's message.
For this challenge, we chose the Girl Scouts. Using their website as our source of information we wrote the script and curated the visuals you’re about to see. We used a combination of original footage from our local Girl Scouts, stock footage, and animation to create the video below.
A comprehensive understanding of a company’s story, purpose, and brand messaging creates a cohesive, on-brand video; that is our strength.

Sí, una productora, de esas que hacen pelis y anuncios…
A pesar de mi corta edad, admito que he hecho de todo.
Empecé, cómo la mayoría de los que nos dedicamos al audiovisual, queriendo hacer cine, mis primeros recuerdos son guiones, cortometrajes…
Muchos sueños y los primeros frentazos con el mundo real.
Un poco más adelante, en mi primera juventud, me enamoré de los videos musicales… así aprendí que el ritmo es todo en la vida.
En mi adolescencia, me deslumbró el glamour de hacer comerciales y campañas de publicidad.
Cansado de las batallas entre publicistas creativos y productores, empecé a hacer video corporativo.
Y empecé a ver la belleza de un nuevo mundo…
