Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson has been charged with one count of murder, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, one count of second-degree possession of a forged document, and one count of third-degree criminal possession of a firearm, online court documents show.

The 26 year-old was arrested in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Monday morning after a McDonald's customer and employee spotted him and thought he matched the suspect on a wanted poster.

Mangione had a "ghost gun" similar to the suspected murder weapon, a suppressor and a fake ID in his possession when taken into custody. The Associated Press also reported he had writings critical of the healthcare industry.

Jay-Z denied the allegations and says there was a blackmail attempt by attorney Tony Buzbee and will expose him in a very public fashion.
