And that’s a wrap! Thanks to everyone for their support along the years, to my peers, DJs, family, friends, and customers!
It was a great run, and success like I never thought I’ll reach; it’s unbelievable! For those wondering how the decision came up, this wasn’t a decision out of the blue, it took three years planning to get contracts cleared out, with Covid in the way sadly a lot of venues closed down and I had to wait again(Gods Plan) And truth, the DJ life is not what it appears, in a way you distance yourself from the world. The past few years I felt depressed, I didn’t enjoy it anymore, it was just a job I didn’t care for anymore! You miss a lot of special moments, unable to have holidays with your family, miss birthdays, relationships, have a schedule way different from your friends, plus on the long-term financial side no life plans like no benefits, no retirement, etc. Looking ahead, I feel good! It feels weird to be home or hanging with friends on a Friday/ Saturday Night, but this is what I wanted for the longest! For now, I don’t know what God has in my future, the final decision is up to him, this might not be my forever but for sure it will be a long break for me. I'm out, God bless ya!- DJ Blaze 🎧

Just a friendly follow up with everyone...

I am NOT booking any new further social events until further notice. All events are getter forwarded to other DJs. It has been a great successful ride and pleasure, great times, friends and still a lot of active customers....will open up more and talk on this topic over time.

FYI: If I have an event with you nothing has changed, everything is still as set up accordingly.

People that know me personally would tell you biking is a big part of my lifestyle, how I’m always inviting just about anyone that wants to join me and how I talk about it with a passion even thought I’m far from an expert or a pro. It’s even just as fun to me as djing.

What many don’t know is how everything started. Years ago, I was going through the biggest depression of my life, a deep relationship that was built disappeared in a snap of a finger and I was left with nothing. I just had my family and God to build myself up from. I was in my worst state of mind and I couldn’t get back in reality mentally. By good friends,I got invited to Critical Mass and in one of those routes we stopped, I remember putting my head up and saw the most vivid view of downtown (everything on a bike looks better, right!) That to me was an awakening, I snapped and felt like I had woken up from my depression. It still took about a year process but from that point forward I realized theirs so much in life than to give up or be about yourself. Each day I worked in loving myself, being humble, be the someone that makes someone feel like somebody and still at it!
