First day since Christmas of feeling good! Went over to my sisters for a yummy lunch. Stopped by Scrap Shack in Friendswood to buy some paper packs for London, Paris and Spain for the 4 day scrap retreat next weekend. It's a chilly 43 degrees today. What's it like in your neck of the woods??

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in white chocolate morsels, microwave 1 min. Stir 45 more seconds, and dump room temperature dry cranberries into chocolate then dump on a wax cookie sheet then put in frigerator for an hour. They pop in your mouth for a little delish surprise!
