How Did I Do it? 🤩

Let’s be clear, this isn’t a hack or an instant results tip. This is a change of mindset. And hard work.

Consistency and simplicity go hand in hand with successful results.

So in order to start seeing an increase in your reel views and reach. You need to:

✅ Realistically, evaluate what your consistency looks like for your brand. Your posting schedule, your goals for the content you put out, and engaging within your niche. And then stick to it.

✅ Simplify your contents message. Don’t be vague, but don’t cram a ton of info into your reel or post. Keep it short and to the point within the first 4 seconds of your reel.

Life with chronic illness teaches us the art of slowing down. 🌼

Last week, I hit pause due to an endometriosis flare-up, and my posts took a back seat.

🛑 I often talk about consistency, but I'm also living proof that it's not always straightforward, especially when health is a daily challenge.

Yet, here's the silver lining: taking a break to rest is just as vital. ⏸️ It's not about quitting; it's about filling your cup. ✨ The reflection and recharge allowed me to revisit my strategy and make improvements.

So, while my posts may have paused, my commitment to delivering valuable content remains unwavering. 💪 Here's to understanding the ebb and flow of life with chronic illness and turning it into a strength. 🌟

Real talk.. these past couple weeks have been hard. Between managing my business, organizing a move to my family’s new apartment, and having a chronic pain flare up I feel like a truck drove right over me. I found myself sitting on the bathroom floor this morning in tears. Nobody explains how coming out of a flare up will have such a toll on your mental state.
