After 40 years in CATV, Satellite, Fiber Optics, Digital, IPTV, Video Streaming, Broadcast and Telecommunications, and 15+ years here at Toner Cable Equipment, Liz has decided it is time to retire and move on.

The TSLM is the most affordable full function meter available today. The meter tests QAM, 8VSB, ATSC 3.0, DVB-S/S2, I/P, Fiber, DVB-T/T2, ISDBT, DAB and FM and provides real time signal decode and display on the 8.9” touch screen.
This meter is able to decode MPEG2, H.264, H.265 (HEVC) 4K@ 60FPS and supports MPEG1-L2, MPEG2, AC3 AAC and MPEH-H audio Codecs
