Triple Negative Breast cancer is today March 3.

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a type of breast cancer that is defined by the absence of three specific receptors: estrogen, progesterone, and HER2. These receptors are proteins on the surface of cancer cells that can fuel the growth of cancer cells.
Because TNBC cells lack these receptors, they are not treatable with some of the most common types of breast cancer treatments, such as hormone therapy and HER2-targeted therapy. However, there are still effective treatment options available for TNBC, including chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation therapy.

Triple-positive breast cancer is a type of breast cancer that tests positive for estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, and HER2 protein. These receptors and proteins fuel the growth of cancer cells.
* Estrogen and progesterone receptors: These are proteins on the surface of some breast cancer cells that allow the hormones estrogen and progesterone to attach and stimulate the cells to grow.
* HER2 protein: HER2 stands for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2. It is a protein that helps regulate cell growth and division. Breast cancer cells that have high levels of HER2 protein tend to grow and spread faster than other types of breast cancer cells.
About 10% of all breast cancers are triple-positive. This type of cancer is more common in younger women and women with a family history of breast cancer.

Zometa
Zometa is a brand name for the medication zoledronic acid, which belongs to a class of drugs called bisphosphonates. It is used to treat a number of bone diseases, including:
* High blood calcium levels caused by cancer (hypercalcemia of malignancy)
* Multiple myeloma (a type of bone marrow cancer)
* Bone cancer that has spread from elsewhere in the body (metastatic bone disease)
* Osteoporosis in men and women
Zometa is given as an intravenous infusion, which means it is injected into a vein. It is typically given every 3 to 4 weeks.
Common side effects of Zometa include:
* Fatigue
* Muscle and bone pain
* Fever
* Nausea and vomiting
* Kidney problems
Serious side effects of Zometa are rare but can occur. It is important to talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits of Zometa before you begin treatment.

Going through breast cancer treatment was tough, but having Mocha by my side made all the difference in the world. My beloved pet not only lifted up my spirits with playtime and cuddles but also reminded me that there is still beauty and wonder even amidst challenges like health crises.

Hair loss is a real issue that so many men and women struggle with and will do anything to save the hair. Alopecia first caused my hair to come out around the edges. Then chemotherapy I became completely bald . But I gave in to my new look and I found myself just as beautiful as before. So here's my suggestion "IF THE HAIR WON'T GROW FO WITH THE FLOW. LEARN TO LOVE THE SKIN THAT YOU'RE IN."
