Friends, fans, and family, it is that time of year again! With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it is time to show our gratitude to all of you through our 5th annual butter g1veaway!

Join us in Rochester this Saturday, Nov. 2nd at FEAST! 2024 Local Foods Marketplace festival. The show will be filled to the brim with interesting and delicious vendors from around the area. We will be demoing our butter and giving out samples 🙂 This will be our 2nd year participating and really can't recommend this event enough. Bringing together dozens and dozens of local businesses under one roof for people to discover new favorites is what community is all about, and we are so happy to be included. We encourage you to come out, and see what FEAST is all about this Saturday, Nov. 2.

They are crafting special French pastries called Kouign Amann, the richest butter cakes we have ever tasted that instantly melt in your mouth. We have been very very busy here at the creamery as the summer comes to a close and we gear up for our holiday season in the fall! Here is a little photo dump from the last few weeks.

We got a family photo with our friend The Moogician at the Steele County Fair, where he performed to the delight of crowds all week long with his unique dairy-themed act. Our butter was on display at the Minnesota State Fair as well, winning ribbons within the butter category.

Victor also was able to capture some photos with a few dedicated fans, including a 100 year old fan who had made the trek from Virginia! We will be doing demos at grocers across the Metro during the fall months, if you would like to get a picture with the King of Butter yourself. Thanks to everybody for your continued support, and watch this page for info on upcoming demos and our annual FB giveaway.

Step out to the Prior Lake Lunds & Byerlys today for the Meet the Maker event! Victor and Kellie will be offering samples of our butter and talking about the history (and future) of the Hope Creamery from 11AM-3PM. We HOPE to see some of you there :)

Our Meet the Maker event is just one day away! Stop in this Friday to sample products from some of your favorite companies including: 1919 Rootbeer, Bushel Boy Farms, The Buttered Tin, Creative Confectionaire, Divina, Hope Creamery, Stittsworth Meats, Hissho Sushi, Caribou Coffee, and more! Many of these vendors are local with MN made products that support our Eat Local event happening throughout the month of August.

Check out our friends over at Blue House Corn Company at the Steele County Free Fair this weekend! Most delicious roasted corn around AND doused in melted Hope Butter. They just scored the Best International Food award for their Mexican street corn, but don't take our word for it. Go try it yourself! They can be found on the South side of the Four Seasons Building.

A bit late on this (12 years) but we recently discovered GB Leighton and his phenomenal album "One Mile Hope" that we would like to share!
