23' MAGIC FESTIVAL / SHOW POSTERS & UPDATES! 11/11/23~

The HMF team is working this week to adjust/update the Event page, establish a digital QR Code, complete & print the Poster.

Please contact us to say how many posters you can distribute along your usual Shopping~Walking~Work~School routes. Mssg Mike and we'll get you a pkg of color 11' X 17' posters and tape to keep in your car and post wherever Possible (Just look where posters are up. and say "Our club is having a big family magic show next month. Would it be OK to put up a poster?").

Even if you can't attend the show, please give a hand with Poster distribution. Remember that everyone in the Magic Community benefits from solid attendance at HMF, which is getting back onstage after the lockdowns. Lectures are financed as well as Events, Special dinners and regular business.

* MOST IMPORTANT:, New magicians are given the opportunity to perform to a magic-friendly audience with feedback from their peers (That's YOU!) Help our community raise awareness of Magic Entertainment and Organizations in Hawaii!

UPDATES: HAWAII MAGIC FESTIVAL 2023

…for Saturday Dec 30 at Kaimuki HS Auditorium! Magic Castle regular Curtis Kam will host the LIVE Stage Magic & Projected Sleight-of-Hand event! The 2023 Stage lineup is nearly complete, and we are pleased to announce almost every act will be brand new to the show!

WANTED: YOUR MAGIC PHOTOS!

HMF’s Publicity Group is meeting Now to plan our Press kits. We need interesting photos of magicians who will participate (Strolling or Stage) in the 2023 production. Pictures are a powerful PR tool as they get more attention than plain text. For example, below are some of the images used by media in past shows.

Submit up to 3 photos that may be used for Newspaper Holiday Calendars, Online Holiday Calendars, TV News, The Hawaii Magic Festival website, Our Ticket site (Eventbrite) the printed program, and more. (Note: Avoid posing with cards if possible, this is very common, and the goal is "Fresh & Different")

Recent pics prioritized. Images should be 300 dpi or more). Different images will go to different venues. (We have no control of images chosen by media). Send to MikeC with the line:

“This is _____Your Name_____. you have my permission to use the attached images to publicize this event in any capacity.”

STROLLING MAGICIANS

ALL Magicians are invited to perform Strolling Magic in the audience when doors open at 6pm. (Contact Curtis to be listed on the Program). All working Performers will be granted Honolulu IBM 2024 local Membership, and admission to the show!
