dominated the Peter Wenner Rainbow Invitational last weekend, with Erik Anderson and Amanda Turner winning 8 of their 10 A division races. The Bows’ top squad scored 62 points, beating out second place by almost 70 points.

The Rainbow Wahine are in San Diego this weekend before the coed team travels to Redwood City in February to compete in the PCCSC Top Nine Open.

CSUN rolled into town and rolled the ‘Bows 83-60 Thursday night. After taking a 9-point lead into the second half, the Matadors didn’t look back as they cruised to 12-6 on the season, 4-3 in conference. The ‘Bows are playing the Bakersfield Roadrunners tonight at home.

took down yesterday 73-69. It was a close game; after the Swords carried a 12 point lead into the second half, the Sharks mounted a comeback, marching all the way back to take a 69-68 lead in the last few minutes. The Swords were able to pull away though, scoring five unanswered points to seal the win.

The Swords will depart for a three game road trip over the next week, while the Sharks will host the Hoops in Hawai’i Classic this weekend.
