If you keep up with my videos on YouTube (yes, I still post), you know that I’ve been on a health journey. From ozempic to weight loss to being type 2 diabetic.

This past week, I did some genetic testing to see if my weight gain is caused by something genetically. I get the results in 6 weeks. If it’s something that can be treated, I’ll begin the process of doing so.

My point? Take care of your health. Your mental and physical health. Your overall wellbeing.
