Don served as the former General Manager of the radio station, the iconic voice of Hawaii Baseball, and a longtime co-host of Countdown to Kickoff before UH football games, among countless other contributions to the sports community. His impact on Hawaii’s sports landscape and the legacy he leaves behind will never be forgotten.

Braddahhood Grindz kicks off the fourth year of it's NIL program at Giovanni Pastrami with a three-day event for the benefit of the University of Hawai’i Rainbow Warrior Football Team

The success of this initiative would not have been possible without the dedication of Ryan Tanaka and Braddahhood Grindz, who spearheaded this event at Giovanni Pastrami. A heartfelt appreciation also goes out to the restaurant staff for their unwavering support of Hawai’i Athletics, contributing to the community spirit that surrounds the University’s football program.
