Last month we made our annual trip to the Folk Alliance International Conference in Kansas City. I always look forward to this gathering and enjoyed reconnecting with old friends, discovering new artists, and recording interviews and performances for our “Words & Music” features. Just got back from our annual trip to the Folk Alliance International conference. I’m always blown away by this gathering and the wonderful folks who attend. We recorded performances and interviews with Suzie Vinnick, Grace Pettis, Viv & Riley, The Clements Brothers, and Ava Earl. We got to reconnect with the FolkDJ community, meet lots of new friends at the “Meet The FolkDJs” gathering, and of course see lots of amazing showcases every night. I’m already dreaming about next year’s event in Montreal. See you there!
