Here are 10 strength exercises that you can do anywhere, with little or no equipment needed:

1. **Push-Ups:** Works your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core. Place your hands shoulder-width apart, keep your body in a straight line, and lower yourself down, then push back up.

2. **Bodyweight Squats:** Targets your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, squat down as if sitting in a chair, and stand back up.

3. **Plank:** Engages your core, shoulders, and back. Get into a push-up position but rest on your forearms, keeping your body in a straight line.

4. **Lunges:** Focuses on your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Take a step forward, lower your body until both knees are bent at 90-degree angles, then step back and switch legs.

5. **Tricep Dips:** Works your triceps and shoulders. Sit on the edge of a chair or bench, place your hands next to your hips, slide your butt off the edge, bend your elbows, and lower yourself down.

6. **Superman:** Targets your lower back and glutes. Lie face down, extend your arms and legs, lift them off the ground, and hold for a few seconds.

7. **Bicycle Crunches:** Engages your abs and obliques. Lie on your back, bring one knee towards your chest while simultaneously twisting your torso to bring the opposite elbow towards the knee.

8. **Glute Bridges:** Works your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back. Lie on your back, bend your knees, lift your hips off the ground, and squeeze your glutes at the top.

9. **Mountain Climbers:** Engages your core, shoulders, and legs. Get into a plank position and alternate bringing one knee towards your chest at a time in a running motion.

10. **Wall Sits:** Targets your quads and glutes. Lean against a wall with your feet shoulder-width apart and slide down until your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.

Remember to perform each exercise with proper form, and you can create a circuit by doing each exercise for a certain number of repetitions or time before moving to the next one. This will give you a full-body workout without the need for specialized equipment or a gym. Always warm up before exercising and cool down afterward to prevent injury and promote flexibility.
