There have been many times in my life when I’ve felt truly comfortable raising my voice – with my words or my singing. But, if I’m being honest, there’ve also been times when I’ve stuffed my voice down. Swallowed what I wanted to say. And usually, I end up with a sore throat as a physical manifestation of staying quiet when I really wanted to share.
This is something I talk about with my clients all the time. We all let things hold us back from sharing. Fear is usually top on the list, but time and energy often also come into play.
It’s so important, though, to not swallow your voice. To raise it up and share what makes you YOU in your personal life and your business life.
I'd love to help you do that. I’ve got a monthly group: From Cautious to Courageous Social Media Strategy Group with the goal of helping women business owners share their brilliance on social media in a way that feels good. No sore throat, I promise.

I've been on so many meetings lately where business owners are sharing about how challenging it is to figure out how to show up on social media right now.
I can so relate.
That's why I created From Cautious to Courageous Social Media Strategy Group.
I'm so excited about this group! If you can relate too, message me or hit me up below and I'll share all of the details.

Happy first day of fall! I Hope you’ll join me on this rainy (here in the Northeast anyway) day to think about how we show up on social media.
My new group From Cautious to Courageous starts next month! Here are all the deets.
Join me!
There are so many new beginnings this time of year which means there are endings as well.
🎶 Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end...
I’m looking forward to launching a new group program in October as well as many more new beginnings before the year is through.
How about you? How are you celebrating your endings and your new beginnings?
How are you with habit building? I’m working on a few this summer. The habits we put in place in support of our businesses now are what fill the books 3 months from now.
Here’s to habit building!
Hey friends,
We’re living through challenging times and it’s so hard to know how to show up IRL and on social media.
Feeling all the feelings, I’ve put together a special Get Social This Summer 3-month Group Coaching program for VIPs (you’re a total VIP to me) like you to help you show up the way that you want to on social media. I’d love to personally invite you to be part of it.
Spend July, August, and September with me to:
🙌 Create a social media strategy that builds your following this summer! Spoiler alert: There are big changes coming in Q3 on Facebook and Instagram and I want you to be ‘in the know’.
🙌 Know Your Ideal Client and where they spend their time. We’ll work together to ensure you know your ideal client on each platform by diving into custom audience analysis.
🙌 Bring Consistency to your social media posting. Don’t let working ON your business fall to the bottom of your to-do list.
The cost is just $297 for the whole three months. That’s less than half of a daily Starbucks run! This is the lowest cost offer I’m putting out this year because I feel so strongly about connecting with you. Let’s get social together and have some fun while we do it. I can’t wait to strategize with you!
Comment below or message me and I'll reach out!
June is here and we’re all longing for a great summer! Know what will set your mind at ease as you sit on the beach?
Yup, it’s putting the right social media strategy in place to make the second half of the year profitable and fun.

Showing up on social media as your business is a tall order right now. Here are some tips to support you.
We all have multiple 'ideal' clients but I think we do ourselves a huge disservice if we try to post to ALL of them in EVERY post.
Instead:
* Keep one of your ideal clients front of mind.
* Think about a specific pain point and how you can solve it, and
* Post (to that ONE client with that ONE pain point).
We all feel the pressure to create original content on social media and to try all the latest and greatest ways to communicate, but don't let that hold you back!
Being your authentic self and sharing in a way that feels comfortable is the best way to build your community online.
Authenticity over originality every day of the week!
There's a saying we've all heard - "there's nothing new under the sun." I think that there is definitely room for new, innovative, original thought and I love to see content like that.
BUT (and it's a big but) I also think, spending time giving YOUR take on something that others are already talking about is a brilliant thing to do.
We all want to hear from you in your genius zone. Hit me up if I can help you craft your words. I'm over here still stewing about whether affable is a good word or not. hahahaha

Some days we're working in our genius zone and things just flow. Other days it can feel like a slog. Can you relate?
The thing is, you have to show up on both kinds of days. We all want to hear from you, on your genius days and not-so-genius days.
Summertime fun @cornerspotashland. I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to soak in some Irish music on this beautiful day. #celticmusic #irishmusic #vacationmode
