I first got bitten by the bug in 1995. That was the year Microsoft Windows 95 came out and I just had to get involved in learning computers. I was in the insurance business then and we needed to keep track of all our clients. I created a database that was very basic but did a great job of keeping track of over 2000 clients. I left the insurance business and started a career in real estate in 2004. Computers started to play a much bigger part in business and I wanted to keep up with it. When I started working with Lang Realty I realized that I was more interested in doing technology training for Realtors than selling homes. A new career was born and I started doing training for all the Lang offices. After training the agents at Lang Realty and the local real estate board, I formed my company RSW Technology Guide. My main focus is helping agents stay organized using the Google Business program G Suites which I am a referral partner and also training agents to use email marketing and social media.
