Kauai creators, join us for the last club meeting of 2024 (may be our final club meeting depending on the turnout), in which we'll be engaging in a variety of topics and activities including but not limited to:

3. Successful Content Creation Study (Video & Takeaways - 20 mins.)

5. Weekly Content Share & Group Feedback (20 mins.)

7. Weekly Content Planning (15 mins.)

Hosted at Kokua Studio in downtown Kapaa, meetings take place Mondays from 6:30- 8pm. Each week we review and offer feedback for each individual's content, as well as plan out our content pieces for the next week, so come ready to create! Looking forward!

About MOSE:
Mose is based in Guatemala where cacao ceremonies and ecstatic dance have had a major influence on his productions and DJ style. It is here that he founded regular cacao dances where members of the community have the opportunity to journey deep into dance while held in a ceremonial container, free of alcohol.
Mose blends multicultural rhythms and sacred chants, often improvising with live musicians to create immersive, site-specific experiences. Viewing his craft as a spiritual practice, he sets a foundation for self discovery and the cultivation of a present minded state which offers new insights and deeper clarity in one's purpose.

When he is not touring the world or playing these special events in Guatemala, he spends his time going into extended periods of retreat and silence, only to emerge with a deeper, truer and more refined sound. He also supports other emerging artists through his record label Resueño with an intention to bring resonant souls together to create music that uplifts and inspires. The label transcends any particular cultural aesthetic and explores a universal vibration through weaving sounds and languages from around the world. It is also a vehicle for social causes as 22% of all label profits are donated to causes around the world to help those most in need.

Aloha ohana, join us at on Friday, September 13th from 7-9p for Reggae Rap Night, featuring Big Island’s own Casey808!

One of the most prominent figures in the Hawaii hip-hop scene today, Casey808, aka was born and raised in Hilo, Hawai’i. Releasing his first EP in 2011, he would go on to pioneer an entirely new genre of music, fusing reggae and traditional Hawaiian sounds with hip-hop, later naming this new sound island urban. Accumulating numerous accolades across both genres, Casey808 has created music with some of the biggest names in both reggae and rap, including J-Boog, Maoli, Rick Ross, Gucci Mane and Benny the Butcher.

With opening sets by from 7-7:30p, from 7:30-8p & Casey808 headlining from 8-9p, this event will be held in the canopied space behind the restaurant via riverside entrance. Entry is $10 per person via the QR code on the flyer (Venmo: ) or $12 at the door. Looking forward to seeing you there!
