We'd like to take this time to edify the Founder & Executive Producer of Lions Vision Productions, LaTia McNeely-Sandiford, MSW LaTia McNeely-Sandiford Msw MS LATIA the visionary who retired from a Social Work Career over 10 years ago to chase her dreams of becoming a renown filmmaker.

LaTia is the epitome of resilience, determination and persistence. From her youth, she's been riddled with extreme adversity. She's an only child who lost her parents, grandparents and all immediate family members (except one uncle). Yet, she lives her life with intention, purpose and enthusiasm.

Lions Vision Productions is THE FIRST BLACK OWNED film, entertainment and media studio in Northern New Jersey. Our content is designed to amplify voices of the voiceless, bring awareness to the plight of the marginalized groups and inspire change through meaningful conversations, while entertaining you.

LaTia leads those efforts and have made this her life's work. Her work the women through the Worthy Women's Network spans over a decade. She loves. She leads. She's a servant. She's a Boss.

🎬Leilani Cartledge as Ms. Cathy Actor Leilani Cartledge 🎬ABOUT THE ACTOR: Leilani Cartledge made her acting debut in 2017 on several stages throughout the DMV area followed by a TV appearance in the crime re-enactment drama, For My Man. Since then, she has continued gracing the stage in several theater productions. Leilani has several films and commercials under her belt, including Thanksgiving Roast and Invisible Lies now playing on Tubi and Amazon. She has fined tuned her skills by graduating from The Source- Next Level Actor (New York City) and attending classes with McKinnon Acting Studio, Amazing Theatre Company, and Cheryl Felicia Rhoads to name a few. Lions Vision Productions is a NJ based mass media production company that produces visual media, digital content and events. We are creatives whose concentration is story telling through cinematography, videography, photography, books and event decor/services. Our areas of concentration are movies, web content and corporate promotional videos (aka movies for your business). We are most remembered for our attention to detail and our ability to bring a clients vision or a businesses story to life with creative visuals.

Additionally, our subsidiary, The Worthy Women’s UPward Institute provides a range of (digital an in-person) programming and resources for women with entrepreneurial personal development aspirations.

Our work is a vessel to expand our three ongoing philanthropic endeavors, LVP Leading Ladies (Teen Mentoring), The Bunche Foundation (helps young people whose parents are addicted to drugs or in recovery) and the Worthy Women’s Reflection Award (provides community gifts and assistance to women in transition).
